Mouse Trail Disappears in Vista

description

I've encountered an issue whereby whenever my desktop mode changes (i.e. - I press Ctrl + Alt + Del, or wait long enough for the desktop to lock itself) my mouse cursor trail disappears when drawing gestures. The gestures themselves work just fine (even without the trail visible); and I can restore it by simply opening preferences and clicking the "Save" button. It's just a minor annoyance in the first program I've found suitable to replace Stroke-It. Thanks - here's looking forward to an official release version!

Here's my system info:
Windows Vista Business (Windows v. 6.0, Build 6000), 32-Bit
PC Manufacturer: Dell Optiplex GX745
Video: Radeon X1300/X1550 Series with two monitors @ 1680x1050 each connected via DVI
Multi-Monitor management software: UltraMon version 2.7.1.0

ErickAdam,

Hi there! Just wanted to say thanks for adding this to the issue tracker. I've been meaning to do that, as this is a known issue. For some reason, Vista doesn't fire a system event sometime when the display changes. High Sign will respond to screen resolution changes and appearance changes. But I need to figure out what's going on with the system events not firing. I'll let you know what I figure out.
